What you will get out of it: Hear from RBC Human Resources through a presentation and take part in a speed interview session afterwards.

At this info session, hear what it's like to work at RBC through a presentation covering key insights into their company culture, what they look for in candidates, and the career paths of RBC employees. Following the presentation, you will have the chance to participate in speed interviews with RBC leaders - an efficient and engaging way to showcase your strengths and make a strong first impression. This is a great opportunity to practice your interview and networking skills!

What to Expect
Attend this session to hear from RBC Human Resource representatives and RBC leaders.
Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a speed interview session with RBC leaders following the Human Resources presentation.
Listening to representatives either one-on-one or in a group setting of approximately seven people.
Networking opportunities and initiating conversation with company representatives.
Classroom setting.
How to Prepare
Visit the website to familiarize yourself with the organization and opportunities available.
Come prepared with questions for the representatives as well as prepared answers to some common interview questions.
Bring a hardcopy of your updated resume on the day of the event.
Want to have your resume reviewed prior to submitting it? Book a virtual or in-person appointment with Career Services through mySuccess, or drop-in to the Career Services Office at 401 Tory Building between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Bring a laptop, tablet, or notebook to take notes.
Allocate time in your schedule to attend the event so you can gather valuable information and insights.
