The Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) is inviting you, the next generation of innovators, to explore a career path that places you on the frontline of innovation.
The CVCA team will be at Carleton University to share insights about what it looks like to pursue a career in private capital. Through a presentation and panel discussion with industry leaders, as well as networking, students will walk away with a clearer picture of the private capital industry. (Note: Refreshments will be provided!)
A career in private capital offers a dynamic opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and purpose-driven change. Private capital professionals actively shape the future by supporting startups with groundbreaking ideas, fostering entrepreneurship, and contributing to job creation both locally and globally. Private capital professionals champion social and environmental causes while achieving financial growth. Through mentorship, they empower emerging businesses to thrive, strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem. There's no single path to a career in private capital, and no path that excludes you from one. At CVCA, we believe in the limitless possibilities of breaking into the private capital industry.
