When: Friday, January 30, 2026. Career Expo event starts at 3:30pm and networking continues throughout the game.
Who this is for: Open to students in Engineering, Architecture and Design, Computer Science and IT
What you will get out of it: Meet and network with Ottawa's top employers in the design and building space to learn about student opportunities, plus enjoy the 67's hockey game!
Location: TD Place Arena, Lansdowne Park (students are required to find their own transportation to TD Place)
Connect with Ottawa's leading designers, innovators, and builders! Learn about their projects and discover the exciting opportunities in the design and construction field. Be sure to bring your resume to make the most of your networking conversations (this is a chance for students to discuss potential co-op/internship positions and new grad employment opportunities). Then stick around to cheer on the 67's as they face off against the Peterborough Petes!

- Networking period followed by watching the hockey game

How to Prepare
- Get your resume updated! Consider visiting Career Services (401 Tory Building) for a review of your resume; drop-in hours are Monday-Friday 1-4pm.
- Dress casually but warm as it is in an arena, wear your Carleton apparel, sweatshirt, jacket or hoodie.
- Research the employer ahead of time. Read about some of the services the employers provide on their main webpage, and the types of jobs they offer on their careers page.
