Who this is for: This event is open to recent grads, 2026 graduating students, and current students in computer science, software engineering, computer systems or equivalent.
What you will get out of it: Learn about Veeva Systems and career opportunities within software engineering, their internships, and new grad opportunities.

Join the Veeva Info/Networking Session virtually on Wednesday, February 25, 6-7pm ET to learn how you can jumpstart your software engineering career here! Veeva Systems is a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry. We have over 1,500 customers and 7,500 employees globally. We're headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area; our Canadian office is located in downtown Toronto! One of Veeva's unique offerings is our Engineering Development Program (EDP) which has helped build the careers of over 1,000 SWE's entering the industry. EDP is currently recruiting intern and new grad Associate Software Engineers. Our virtual session will include a brief presentation to learn more about Veeva and EDP, Q&A, and breakout rooms to network with current EDPers and hear directly about their experience.

What to Expect
A virtual session in which a Veeva representative will give you an overview of what it's like to work at Veeva Systems, the types of student and new grad jobs available, the transferable skills that can be gained, and the application process. A Q&A and breakout rooms will follow at the end of the session.
How to Prepare
Have a personal laptop or desktop ready so you can participate in the session.
Make sure you have Microsoft Teams downloaded ahead of time and check for any updates before the session starts.
Test your camera and microphone ahead of time. We highly encourage participants to have their cameras on.
Plan your video call background. It is recommended taking the call within a professional looking space or blurring the background if not possible.
Get your resume updated! Consider visiting Career Services (401 Tory Building) for a review of your resume; drop-in hours are Monday-Friday 1-4pm.
