If you're looking to hire for full-time, part-time, co-op, or future positions, the fair is a valuable networking opportunity to connect with Carleton's talent pool of students and graduates and highlight your organization. Please note that early bird rates are eligible for the first 50 employers who register for the Fall and/or Winter Career & Networking Fair(s).
Fall Career & Networking Fair
Date: Wednesday, October 15, 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (In person)
Location: Ravens' Nest located in Alumni Hall, Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive
Packages available include:
| Executive Booth | Early Bird: $1800 + HST, Regular Rate: $2,000 + HST |
| Premium Booth | Early Bird: $945 + HST, Regular Rate: $1050 + HST |
| Standard Booth | Early Bird: $745 + HST, Regular Rate: $825 + HST |
| Registered Charity Booth* | Early Bird: $ 450 + HST, Regular Rate: $500 + HST |

*The Registered Charity rate is available to organizations that hold a recognized charitable status. Eligible organizations must also operate on a not-for-profit basis and have a mission to benefit the local community. Read more about the designation.

Terms and Conditions
Payment must be completed upon registration.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received at least 14 business days prior to the start of the event. A refund service fee of $100 is applicable. No refunds for cancellations will be processed during the course of the working day of this event. No refunds requested after the event will be issued. Cancellations must be received in writing by email to careerfair@carleton.ca.
Employers who register but do not attend the event will still be required to pay the full registration fee.
Organizer Cancellation Policy
This event is organized by Carleton University Career Services, who reserves the right to limit or deny access and registration to any employer.
Certificate of Insurance
Proof of insurance naming Carleton University as an additional insured must be received by October 1, 2025.
