Coffew with a Prof.
When: Tuesday, November 17th, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Who is it for: Open to all students
What you will get out of it: Chat with your Faculty of Science professors in a small-group setting and better understand their field, research, and career path.
Where: Science Student Success Centre (3431 Herzberg Laboratories)
Ever wondered what your professors are working on outside of lectures or how they ended up where they are? Here's your chance to ask them over coffee.
Meet your professors outside the classroom. Chat with them one-on-one or in a small group over free coffee, tea, and light breakfast. Get honest answers about grad school, careers in science, and choosing a path. Find out about research opportunities and how students get involved. Unsure of what to ask? No problem at all! We'll be handing out cue cards with conversation starters to help support discussions between you and your professors.
